An era, two different halves,
a unique living experience.

Two period buildings united as a symbol of the value and charm typical of the buildings of the early 1900s.

The project involves the redevelopment of the common parts of the building, through a careful recovery of the original architectural style and finishes.

Its historical flavour will be brought to light by enhancing the details of the two buildings that make up the Palace.

A project that will revolutionize the common concept of redevelopment, elevating it to that of a one of a kind, extraordinary work of restoration.

Enhancement of the common parts

An elegant and delicate colour palette will differentiate the external facades, decorations and original shutters. The latter will also be the subject of a skilful artisan restoration.

The design work for the green areas will represent the main element differentiating the two courts. Inside them heterogeneous landscapes will come to life, featuring plants and essences typical of the historic Milanese courts.

Thanks to the creation of an internal passage that will connect the two courts, it will be possible to enjoy both landscapes and the different sensory experiences they will be able to offer.

In both courts, the atmosphere that will be recreated will be that of the luxurious patrician residences of the Milan of yesteryear.

The two porters’ lodges serving the Palace will also be skilfully redeveloped, as well as the various stairwells and the related lift systems.

Foro 54

The new colour of the façade breaks up the monochrome of Foro Buonaparte and appears again in the maple trees in the internal garden, which features newly designed stone paving. The restoration of original elements blends with new elements, creating an atmosphere that sits between past and present.

Foro 56

The elegantly restored façade is an invitation to enter the new courtyard inspired by the noble Milanese gardens of the past, with geometric flowerbeds of palm trees, a fishpond for aquatic plants and greenery of various essences. New lighting and new internal facades will be added to the work that will restore lustre to this timeless building.

Foro Buonaparte

We are located in one of the most requested and prominent areas of the historic centre.

This prestigious address has two true icons as a backdrop: a stone's throw away is the emblematic Castello Sforzesco standing out in the green heart of the city, and the lush Parco Sempione, which has always been a meeting place and area for strolling and relaxing for the Milanese.

A privileged position that also allows you to reach the Brera district on foot in a few minutes, a real cultural district characterized by its bistros, luxurious boutiques and fashion ateliers.

This part of Milan offers countless services for every need and boasts a high density of schools of the highest level.

Finally, thanks to the presence of the two underground stops Lanza and Cairoli-Castello and the tram lines 2, 4, 12, 14, it is possible to reach any point of the city in a very short time.
